Ogechukwu Ogbu joins Sunshine Stars on loan

Promising youngster Ogechukwu Ogbu will spend the 2022/23 season on loan at Sunshine Stars.

The towering youngster has completed a one year loan switch to the Owena Waves.

Ogbu, a product of the Enyimba youth system, was handed his first professional contract in September 2021 after impressing during a preseason camp in Omoku, Rivers State.

The versatile youngster plays comfortably both as a leftback and as a left wing forward, and can also slot in at centreback and defensive midfield.
