Ojo gets Super Eagles call up

Enyimba goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo has been invited to Nigeria’s squad that will face Sao Tome and Principe on September 10.

Ojo is one of three goalkeepers called up by Jose Pesseiro for the 2023 AFCON qualifier to be played at the God’swill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.

Having already gathered 12 points from five matches, the Super Eagles have sealed qualification for the AFCON that will hold in Côte d’Ivoire.

Ojo, a former youth international, was an unused substitute in Nigeria’s 3-2 victory against Sierra Leone in June.
