Enyimba Football Club can announce that it has reached an agreement with Katsina United for the loan switch of forward Tosin Omoyele.
The Enyimba forward will, therefore, spend the rest of the season with the Changi Boys.
Omoyele joined Enyimba in August 2020, having previously played for Plateau United.
“We’ve always thought of the best for his career and when he realised his mistake and wrote an official apology letter to the club over the unwarranted controversy he caused in the last few months, we held nothing against him,” Felix Anyansi Agwu, the Enyimba Chairman stated.
“The most important thing is that he has shown remorse and has formally apologised to the club. Tosin remains our player and is still contracted to us. We only loaned him to Katsina, while his contract with us remains.
“We hold nothing against him and wish him well and hope that he’ll take his qualities to Katsina United – a club we’ve always had a good relationship with.”
