Enyimba overcame a shaky run of form to record a 2-1 win against Plateau United at the Enyimba Stadium on matchday 13.

The win counted for so much for The People’s Elephant, who were without a win in their previous four outings.

NPFL topscorer Emeka Obioma netted his tenth of the campaign to add to Imo Obot’s opener as Enyimba stomped to a 2-0 lead before the hour, and inspite of Izuchukwu Chimezie’s goal for the visitors, Finidi George’s side stood their ground to record a significant win.
